The Pledge’s initial campaign began on May 1, 2024, and ran through April 30, 2025. It has since been announced that the Pledge will be an ongoing campaign to make efficient and responsible water use a daily, lifelong habit!
Young leaders like you can make a difference today! The four pledge items are simple, but the main idea is to make a commitment to choose efficient and responsible habits to save water all year.
Saving water is an activity for everyone. Encourage your friends and family to participate with you! Find the adult version of the pledge here.

Whether for self care, outdoor watering, or other daily habits, we can keep water in mind while making these choices

Look for leaks at least four times per year by using your sight, hearing, and ability to smell.

To be a water steward, you need to learn more about water through reading, researching, and educational discussions.

To show off your commitment to save water, Pledge-takers can pick up a Save Water Pledge magnet and sticker at a local Phoenix Public Library location!
Simply show your Pledge form to a library employee at the counter and ask if you can grab your magnet and sticker today.
