- Provide front-line supervision to a diverse team, including O&M Technicians, Water Systems Operators, and skilled trades such as Machinists, Industrial Maintenance Mechanics, Senior Utility Operators, Planner/Schedulers, and Equipment Operators.
- Oversee staff involved in planning/scheduling, program-driven maintenance, and special assignments.
- Monitor the technical performance of assigned facilities and make operational adjustments to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Serve as Incident Commander or Emergency Responder during chemical or operational emergencies.
