Building Construction Codes

Building codes are published to meet the needs of local jurisdictions charged with enforcement of building standards for construction and are updated to reflect the latest standards.

On June 18, 2025, the Phoenix City Council approved the adoption of the 2024 Phoenix Building Construction Code (PBCC). 2024 City of Phoenix Building Construction Codes

On June 18, 2025, the Phoenix City Council approved the adoption of the 2024 Phoenix Building Construction Code (PBCC).

ADA Codes are the referenced ICC A117.1-2017 as scoped in the amended 2024 International Building Code as well as the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
