2025 Climate Action Plan

We are updating our Climate Action Plan in 2025! Share your thoughts with the City of Phoenix! Attend a workshop, take our survey, or email us to make your voice heard!

The City of Phoenix will be hosting a series of workshops to develop climate solutions for the Phoenix 2025 Climate Action Plan update. Each topic will have one in-person and one virtual workshop, with Spanish interpretation provided at each. In-person workshops will provide dinner and children’s activities. Schedule and registration links are below.

Food Action Plan

We want to hear from you! Help us to create the 2030 Food Action Plan by attending Community CAFÉ (Climate Action, Food, & Energy) conversations to share your thoughts on how we can work together to achieve the goal of “Healthy, Affordable, Culturally Relevant Food for All." Your ideas are invaluable! 

Energy Access Plan

The City of Phoenix is creating an Energy Access Plan that addresses energy affordability in our community. We invite you to join us for community workshops to discuss barriers to affordable energy and potential solutions to inform the plan.

Phoenix 2024 Climate Action Plan Progress Report

The 2024 Climate Action Plan Progress Report is now available. The report details actions and progress since the 2021 Climate Action Plan was approved by City Council. This report provides an interim update of near-term actions and mid-and long-term actions. A full update to the Climate Action Plan including emissions modeling, and additional community engagement will be done by the end of 2025.
