Dedicated Heat Relief Sites Close For Fall, Winter
UPDATE (October 1, 2026) The planned closure of dedicated heat relief centers listed below took effect on October 1 at 9 a.m. Heat relief is always available during normal business hours at Phoenix public libraries, where air conditioned space is open to all, regardless of the date.

24/7 Respite Center: 20 W. Jackson St.
Justa Center: 1001 W. Jefferson St.
Cholla Library: 10050 Metro Pkwy E. (still available for heat relief during regular business hours)
