We have three types of reservations you can book:
- School trips to the museum
- Outreaches where we come to you
- Group reservations for parties larger than 20
Fill out the form below and we will respond to your request in a timely manner.
Please consult our Teacher's Packet for detailed information on booking a pre-k through 12th grade field trips, craft options, available classroom activities and more! Listed below is a quick reference.
If you have not visited S'edav Va'aki before, we recommend a pre-field trip visit to the museum, and reviewing the Educational Resources available on the website. Print this Educator Invitation Letter for complimentary admission to help familiarize yourself with the site and museum.
School Field Trip Rates
Student: $3.00 each (Title 1 Students Free)
Teachers/Chaperones: For Every 7 Students, 1 Teacher/Chaperone Free
Take-Home Craft: $2 per student, see Teacher's Packet
Scheduling A Field Trip
Schedule at least two weeks in advance. Dates book quickly! Please call early for your choice of dates.
- Available Monday through Friday beginning at 10 a.m.
- Maximum of 60 children allowed per visit
- One chaperone per every seven children recommended
- Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for your visit
- Special programs may be arranged in advance, see Teacher's Packet
- Introduction provided for each group *at 10 am only*

For college groups, school groups larger than 60 students, or requiring an alternate arrival time, please contact the Visitor Services Supervisor at (602) 495-0901.

Scheduling An Outreach
Schedule at least four weeks in advance. Dates book quickly! Please call early for your choice of dates.
- Available Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm
- We cannot accommodate more than 30 students per class
- We are unable to do more than 2 classes per day
- Length of a presentation is from 30 – 60 minutes in length
- Special programs may be arranged in advance, with 6 weeks’ notice.
- If your school is ore than 20 miles from S’edav Va’aki Museum or in another city outside of Phoenix, a travel charge will be added.
- Lab program are 30 to 60 minute long presentations . Each session costs a minimum of $90. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of students.

Group Reservation Rates
Admissions: $10/person only if all of the following conditions are met:
- group has 20 or more people
- pays with a single transaction
- schedules reservation a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
Admissions: $13/adult; $10/senior (65+); $6/youth (6-17); Free for children under 6 years of age

- Available Thursday through Monday beginning at 9 a.m.
- Self-guided unless an introduction is requested
- Upon request an introduction provided for each group *at 10 am only*
- Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for your visit
