Vendors already registered with the City of Phoenix will receive an email announcing projects that are open for bidding. For individuals who would like to participate in, or need more information regarding, the Housing Rehabilitation Section's Bid Openings, call 602-534-4444 (option #3) or email rehab.nsd@phoenix.gov.
Bid openings are open to the public and results will be posted online within 48 hours of the bid opening date.
