Medical Marijuana

The following information outlines land use regulations for establishing medical marijuana dispensaries or cultivation or infusion facilities in the city of Phoenix. Pre-registration and required Use Permit applications for the facilities can be obtained by completing the application below and submitting it to the Planning & Development Planning Division on the second floor of Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington St.
