The City of Phoenix Human Services Department is seeking licensed providers of therapeutic services to support victims of domestic and sexual violence through the Victim Services Division (Family Advocacy Center).

📢 Key Details:
✔ Must be licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners, with a physical office within the boundaries of the City of Phoenix
✔ Serve victims and their immediate families
✔ Clients choose their provider from an approved list
✔ Providers bill the City of Phoenix directly—clients pay nothing
✔ In-person & virtual services permitted

The City of Phoenix Human Services Department works with businesses, nonprofits, and service providers to deliver essential programs for residents. We procure a range of services, from social service programs and therapeutic services to senior center activities and workforce development initiatives.

  • All potential contractors and service providers must register in the City of Phoenix Vendor System to receive bid notifications.
  • Registration allows vendors to participate in solicitations for services such as case management, job training, counseling, and community outreach.

  • Open Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQus), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) are posted online under Human Services.
  • Vendors can browse current opportunities city-wide by category or keyword.

  • Ensure compliance with required certifications, experience levels, and service expectations.
