Design and Construction Procurement

The Design and Construction Procurement (DCP) Team facilitates high volume and complex horizontal and vertical project procurements from selection of an architect or engineer for design through execution of construction. Procurements can be planned using Design-Bid-Build, Job Order Contracting, Design-Build, and Construction Manager at Risk project delivery methods. The DCP Team serves approximately 20 departments in support of the City's $11B five-year Capital Improvement Program.  All procurements are completed in compliance with A.R.S. Title 34.
